The issue raised by the applicant is that Challan has been filed in the case without containing the forensic report. According to him, the Challan is incomplete and as such applicant is entitled to get the benefit of default bail under the provision of Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C.. He relies upon a judgment of Punjab and

Haryana High Court passed in CRM-M-25600-2021-State of Haryana vs. Dildar Ram @ Dari.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondent-State prays for time to verified the aforesaid facts.
