Counsel for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order, the respondent-collector, Ratlam has exercised the suo moto revisional jurisdiction after lapse of almost 26 years.

The said exercise of power is contrary to the judgment passed by the Full Bench in the case of Ranveer Singh vs. State of M.P. - 2010 (4) MPLJ 178.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within seven working days by both modes, returnable within six weeks.

Till the next date of hearing, status quo in respect of property in question shall be maintained by the parties.
