                         This Criminal Revision under Section 397, 401 of Cr.P.C. has

                   been filed against the judgment dated 25/9/2021 passed by the

                   Principal Judge, Family Court, Guna in case No.144/2018, by which

                   warrant of arrest was issued for recovery of arrears of maintenance

                   amount.

                         It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that this

                   Revision has rendered infructuous, therefore, he may be permitted to

                   withdraw the same.

                         Accordingly,   the   Criminal   Revision   is   dismissed   as

                   withdrawn.
