Learned counsel for the State points out that in all probability, this revision may have been rendered infructuous.

2. The challenge in this revision is to interlocutory order dated 22.02.2014 passed in ST. No.163/2013 by Additional Sessions Judge Itarsi, District Hoshangabad by which the application preferred by complainant u/S.173(8) of Cr.P.C. for further investigation was rejected.

3. In the connected case CRA. No.1523/2022 challenge is to judgment of acquittal dated 15.12.2021 passed in ST. No.163/2013 by Third Additional Sessions Judge Itarsi, District Hoshangabad.

4. Accordingly, ST. No.163/2013 having been concluded the interlocutory order has lost its efficacy, and therefore, present revision having rendered infructuous is dismissed as such.
