Heard on the question of admission.

Record of the of the trial court be requisitioned. Also heard on I.A.No.1329/2022, which is an application for stay. Subject to depositing 50% of the amount as directed by the learned Judge of the trial court would be paid by the petitioner, operation of the impugned judgment dated 17.8.2021 passed in MJC No.470/2017 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court Indore shall be stayed and as has been informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been taken into custody on 14.2.2022, he be released forthwith.

It is also directed that upon furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one local solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearance before trial Court on 07.04.2022 and on such other dates as may be fixed by the concerned Court in this regard.

Let a copy of the order be furnished to the learned Judge of the lower court for proper compliance.

List the matter in the week commencing 21.3.2022 for admission.
