This appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the
judgment dated 29.08.2011, passed by 5 th Additional Sessions Judge, Sagar
(M.P.) in S.T. No.520/2010, whereby the appellant has been convicted under Sections 450 and 394 r/w Section 397 of I.P.C. and sentenced to R.I. for 3 years with fine of Rs.1,000/- and R.I. for 7 years with fine of Rs.2,000/-, respectively, with default stipulations.
A per the report received from the office of Superintendent, Central Jail, Sagar (M.P) dated 29.09.2021, the appellant has completed his jail sentence and he has been released on 26.11.2015.
In the circumstances, this appeal is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as having been rendered
infructuous.
