learned counsel for petitioner.
Shri Dharmendra Kaurav, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent/State.
Petitioner has filed this petition challenging circular issued by the State
Government dated 20.01.2021 contained in Annexure-P/17.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that circular issued by the State Government dated 20.01.2021 is contrary to the judgment and direction given by the Apex Court.
At this stage, Panel Lawyer appearing for State submitted that identical matters are being heard by Division Bench. It is submitted by him that since petitioner is challenging Clause 1.1 of said circular and praying for deletion of same, therefore, matter is to be considered by Division Bench.
Registry to verify the aforesaid facts and place the matter in
accordance with Roster before appropriate Bench in the next week.
