                              The petitioner / State of Madhya Pradesh has preferred this

                      petition under Section 378 (3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

                      for grant of leave to appeal against judgment dated 5 th January, 2021

                      passed by learned Special Judge (under POCSO Act, 2012) Ratlam,

                      District Ratlam (MP) in Special Sessions Trial No.SC/63/2017

                      wherein the respondent / accused has been acquitted of the charges

for commission of offence punishable under Sections 457 and 354 of

the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and also under Section 7 read with

Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act,

2012.

Let the record of the case from the concerned trial Court be

requisitioned.
