On 03.06.2020, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court fixed the case for delivery of judgment. The co-ordinate Bench after passing the order at length

directed that the matter be sent to the Mediation Center for amicable settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that his client is not ready to dispose of the matter on the basis of mediation proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid, Registry is directed to place the matter before the same Bench.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw I.A. No.5818/2019.
