Counsel appearing for the petitioner has pointed out the impugned order dated 31.08.2021 that the petitioner has been sent for deputation from

Nagar Palika Nigam, Satna to Nagar Palika Nigam, Katni.

It is submitted that the same is in violation of the judgment passed by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Indore Nagar Nigam Karmachari Congress & Another Vs. State of M.P. & Others. reported i n 1998 (1) MPLJ 449. It is submitted that certain interim orders have already been passed by this Court considering the Full Bench judgment in similar circumstances.

Counsel appearing for the State prays for and is granted two days' time to seek instructions in the matter with respect to the fact that any other order

with respect to sending of the petitioner on deputation passed by the authorities, as the same is not reflected in Annexure P/1.

Let the instructions be sought positively by the next date of hearing. List the matter on 24.09.2021.
