After perusal of the records, it is gathered that Hon'ble Apex Court has passed an order in Civil Appeal no. 1744/2021 ( Vidhya Devi and another Vs. Kantichandra and another ) and vide order dated 20/03/2020 set

aside the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court and also directed to relegate the parties before the High Court for hearing of the First Appeal afresh on its own merits and in accordance with law. All the contentions available for both the parties are left open.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, this first appeal was restored on its original number As the record of the Court below was sent back to the trial Court by the office, therefore, Office is directed to requisitioned the record of the Court below .

Let SPC be also issued against respondent no. 2. Lit the matter in the week commencing 22/11/2021.
