                                     Jabalpur, Dated : 20-10-2021
                                             Heard through Video Conferencing.
Shri Manish K.Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Shri Deepak Sahu, learned panel lawyer for the respondents/State.

The present petition has been filed being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents/authorities in failure to comply with the mandate

of the order/circular dated 18.10.2017 passed by the respondents whereby a decision was unanimously taken to award the regular pay scale and arrears since the date of appointment to the Assistant Teachers, Deputy Teachers and Trainee Teachers who were appointed between 1973-74 to 1997-98 and have successfully completed two years training period at the relevant point of time.

It is argued that the petitioner has submitted the representation to the respondents/authorities for consideration of his case in the light of the circular dated 18.10.2017 but of no consequence. He has further drawn the attention

of this Court to the order passed in the case of Usha Ranawat Vs. State of M.P. [W.A.No.348/2008] decided on 18.12.2008 whereby similar benefits have been extended to the similarly situated persons. He submits that representation submitted by the petitioner be directed to be decided within the stipulated time.

Counsel for the State has no objection to the innocuous prayer made by the petitioner and submits that if fresh representation is filed along with all the relevant documents to the respondent No.3, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation to Signature Not Verified SAN the respondent No.3 along with all the relevant documents and copy of the

Needless to mention here that this Court has not commented upon the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
