                     Heard on the question of admission.

                     The appeal is admitted for final hearing on the following
          substantial questions of law:-

                           "(a) Whether learned first appellate court
                       below has erred in holding that the defendant
                       has acquired the title on the basis of adverse
                       possession?
                             (b) Whether first appellate court could
                       have decreed the counter claim not filed along
                       with the written statement and filed after 1 year
                       of filing of written statement?
                           (c) Whether the judgment and decree
                       passed by the first appellate court is illegal and
                       perverse?"


                     Issue notice to the respondents on payment of P.F. within a

week.

Notice be made returnable within 6 weeks.
