Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per impugned judgment, the respondent was required to pay Rs.3,000/- per month to the appellant, but the amount has not been regularly paid and the proceeding

arising thereto is already pending.

Shri Ranka, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent shall pay the arrears of said amount before 25th October, 2021. This matter can be heard and decided within 40 minutes (both the sides) and, therefore, this matter may be heard at an early date.

Shri Saini, learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. Accordingly, as agreed, list this matter 10th November, 2021. Shri Ranka, learned counsel for the respondent shall ensure that his undertaking of depositing the said amount is translated into reality which will make him

enable to argue the matter finally, otherwise this Court may hear the matter on pending application under Section 24 of the HMA Act.

List this matter on 10th November, 2021.
