Petitioners have filed the present petition seeking benefit of Kramonnati/Time Bound Pay Scale on completion of 10-20 years of service.

According to the petitioners they were appointed in the year 1987 to 1988 as Lineman, Helper and Valveman, in the contingency paid establishment. They are

entitled for the said benefit in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Teju Lal Yadav vs. State of M.P reported in ILR (2009) MP 1326 decided on 23.01.2009.

Similarly placed persons have approached this Court by way of WP No.6537/2018 which was disposed of vide order dated 9.8.2019 with direction to grant the benefit in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Teju Lal Yadav (supra). The said order was challenged by the State in Writ Appeal No.867/2020 which was dismissed by order dated 18.9.2020, therefore, the judgment passed in the case of Tejulal has attained finality.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the present petition may

be disposed of by directing respondents No.2 & 3 to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of Tejulal's case and the judgment passed in the case of State of M.P & ors. vs. Phoolsingh & ors. -WA no.867/2020 decided on 18.9.2020.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents No.2 & 3 to consider and decide the case of the petitioners within a period of sixty days from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with detailed representation. Needless to say that the petitioners be extended the said benefits within four weeks thereafter.
