Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has moved an application i.e. I.A. No.8818/2021 and a copy of the same has already been supplied in the office of Advocate General on 01.09.2021. According to the

said application, the present case is squarely covered with the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.8630/2020 parties being Uttrar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Ltd. and another Vs. C.G. Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and another.

The State is directed to file reply and also examine as to whether the present case is covered with the case relied upon by the petitioner or not.

List this matter in the week commencing 13.12.2021 to file reply and to apprise this Court whether the present case is squarely covered with the case relied upon by the petitioner or not.

Interim relief granted on earlier occasion shall continue till the next date of hearing.
