Shri Manhar Dixit, learned PL for the respondent No.2/State. This Court on 10.01.2020, directed the Tehsildar Majhouli, District Sidhi to conduct an enquiry whether appellant Krishnapal Singh and others

are making construction over the decreed part of the suit property mentioned in the judgment and decree dated 29.02.2016 or not. Thereafter, a report dated 11.02.2020 was sent to this Court by Tehsildar Majhouli. From perusal of said report, it is not clear whether appellants are making any construction over the suit property i.e. Khasra No. 494/1, area 0.186 hectare or not. Thereafter, this Court has directed vide order dated 25.02.2021 to submit a categorical report whether construction is being made on particular khasra no. or not. After order dated 25.02.2021, no report from Tehsildar Majhouli, District Sidhi is received.

Tehsildar Majhouli is directed to conduct an enquiry through Patwari and submit a categorical report whether any construction is raised by the appellants on Khasra No. 494/1, area 0.186 hectare after passing of status quo order by this Court or not.
