In this appeal preferred by State against the judgment of acquittal,
respondent No.4 is said to be in custody suffering sentence imposed in another case and against whom production warrant has been issued by order dated 03.06.2021.
Let respondent No.4 be produced in execution of production warrant issued by this Court on earlier occasion and he be produced on 13.07.2021 either physically or if physical hearing does not commence, then he may be produced through video conferencing from jail where he is lodged.
Let this case be taken up at 10:30 am on 13.07.2021. Let copy of this order be supplied to Shri Rajesh Shukla, learned
Deputy Advocate General who shall inform to the concerning jail authority for doing the needful.
