This appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 4.2.2020
passed by the Fourth Additional Sessions Judge, Rewa in Sessions Trial No.158/2017.
The appellant has been convicted for the offence under sections 304-B, 498-A of IPC and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The trial court sentenced him by rigorous imprisonment for 10 years, 1 year and 6 months respectively with the fine and default stipulations.
After perusal of the record, it is found that the appeal having some substance, therefore, admitted for hearing.
List this case for final hearing in due course.
