Shri A.K. Pandey, counsel for the appellants. Heard on I.A. No.2318 dated 23.02.2021 filed for withdrawal of this appeal. The application has been filed by Shri A.K. Pandey, Advocate and submitted that after getting the instructions from the appellants he filed the aforesaid application

and the appellants wants to withdraw this appeal because the dispute is likely to be settled at their own level.

Therefore, after consideration, the aforesaid I.A. is allowed. Thus, Second Appeal No.516/2020 filed on 12.02.2020 against the judgment dated 09.01.2020 passed by IIIrd ASJ, Chhindwara in Civil Appeal No.2400085/2013 is dismissed as withdrawn.

One copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court alongwith the record. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed off.
