Heard on I.A. No.7334/2021, which is an application under Section 389(1) of Cr.P.C. for suspension of sentence on behalf of the appellant.

2. The appellant has been convicted under Sections 294 of IPC and sentenced to undergo R.I. For 3 months. Fine of Rs.1000/- has also been imposed. The sentence of the appellants have been suspended by the trial Court till 07.06.2021.

3. On due consideration of the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the appellants and after perusing the judgment and other facts and circumstances of the case, I.A. No.7334/2021 is allowed.

4. It is directed that on deposition of fine amount and also on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court for his appearance before this Court/Registry on 07.09.2021 and on all other subsequent dates, as may be fixed by the Registry in this behalf, the execution of substantial jail sentence imposed on the appellant Amol @ Anmol shall remain suspended, till final disposal of this appeal.

5. List the matter for final hearing in due course.
