This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed

seeking the following relief:-

"Petitioner, therefore, begs to pray that this petition be kindly allowed and the respondents be kindly directed to conduct the investigation fairly and impartially in Crime No.101/2019 registered by Police Station Samali, District Morena (M.P.) under Sections 307, 341, 294 and 34 I.P.C. And also arrest the accused persons parimal Singh son of Baboo Singh, Ravisingh s/o Kartarsingh, Bijendra Singh s/o Jangjeet singh, Dileep Singh s/o Machal Singh, Kartar singh s/o Jodhasingh and Ramvaran Singh s/o Baboosingh Gurjar all residents of village Tiktoli, Tehsil Jora, District Morena (M.P.) immediately."

It is submitted by the counsel for the State that today he has

filed the status report. However, the same is not on record.

The counsel for the applicant has acknowledged the receipt of

the said status report and submitted that the police has filed the

closure report and he may be permitted to withdraw this application

with liberty to raise the objections before the Court below in the light

of the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in the case of

Bhagwant Singh Vs. Commissioner of Police reported in (1985) 2

SCC 537.

With aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as

withdrawn.
