By this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming the relief of regularization

in service in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.20502/2012(s) Rajendra Kumar Kajle Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and others decided on 14.12.2012 and they are also claiming the benefit of regular pay scale with effect from the date when the petitioner had completed 3 years of service.

When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for liberty to file a detailed comprehensive representation before the respondent No.3 enclosing therewith all the necessary material on which he wants to rely upon and has prayed for a direction to decide the

representation within a time bound period.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same. Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the respondent No.3. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be considered and decided by the respondent No.3 in accordance with law keeping in view the judgment of this Court in the matter of Rajendra Kumar Kajle (supra) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
