After arguing for a while, it transpired that the incident took place sometime in 2003 and the age of co-appellant Seema Bai in the impugned
judgment is shown as 35 years. It is thus to be ascertained whether age of co- appellant Seema Bai is 45 years or more and therefore, the benefit of temporary suspension on the ground of age alone in terms of order passed on 10.05.2021 in WP 9320/2021 (PIL) [In Reference (Suo Motu) Vs. The State of M.P. & ors.] at Principal Seat Jabalpur, can be extended or not ?
State counsel is directed to seek instructions in the matter as regards age of appellant Seema Bai.
Registry is also directed to bring the record made available from the trial Court in PDF.
