Shri Prashant Mishra, learned Panel Lawyer for the State. Applicant has filed this criminal revision challenging judgment and sentence passed by the trial Court dated 10.6.2019 in Criminal trial No.
692/2019 as well as appellate Court order dated 11.9.2019 in Criminal Appeal No. 84/2019.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant Nawal Singh had compromised the matter with complainant Amar Singh.
Today, counsel for complainant Amar Singh, who is present in person had made statement that he had received full amount which has been ordered as compensation by the trial Court.
Since applicant appears before this Court and he is in custody of the Court, considering the same criminal revision application filed by the
applicant is maintainable.
Considering the compromise entered between the parties, criminal revision application is allowed. Judgment and sentence dated 10.6.2019 passed by trial Court in Criminal Trial No. 692/2016 and judgment dated 11.9.2019 passed by Appellate Court in Criminal Appeal No. 84/2019 are hereby quashed. Applicant is acquitted from the charge.
