Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on the judgments passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Santosh Kumar Singh Chouhan Vs. State of M.P. 2019 SCC Online MP 2088 as well as in the

case of Santosh Kumar Dubey Vs. State of M.P. and others; 2020 SCC Online MP 3957 to contend that the Misc.Petition is maintainable Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the rejection of order of confiscation of vehicle passed by the Sessions Court under the provisions of section 52 of the Indian Forest Act according to the State amendment.

Learned counsel for the State prays for time to verify the aforesaid contentions made by the learned counsel for petitioner.
