Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is covered by the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in

W.P.No.17231/2020. It is submitted that the writ petition filed by the petitioner be disposed off in terms of the said order.

Relevant portion of the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in W.P.No. 17231/2020 is quoted below:-

"In view of aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of the regular pay scale from the date of appointment in the light of the judgment dated 18.12.2008 passed by the Division Bench in the case of Usha Ranawat (supra) and also the order dated 26/8/2015 passed by this Court in W.P. No.14170/2015 (Ramkumar Kaurav vs. State of M.P. ) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the individual fresh representation along with a copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and therefore, the authority would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter either to accept or reject the representation by passing a reasoned order."

In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No.6 District Education Officer, Harda to consider and decide the representation filed by petitioners contained in Annexure P/2 in light of order dated 11.11.2020 passed in W.P.No. 17231/2020 within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today along with fresh copy of the representation.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed off.
