                            Shri Piyush Parashar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

                            Shri Prasanna Prasad, learned counsel, on advance copy, for
                      the respondent.

Shri Prasad, learned counsel prays for and is granted 7 days' time to file reply.

Shri Parashar, learned counsel prays for interim relief by contending that initially show-cause notice was issued in the year 2008. Although, certain more show-cause notices in the same line were issued at later point of time, fact remains that for 2013-2014 years, no final adjudication has taken place.

The Bombay High Court and Gujrat High Court in similar circumstances interfered with the show-cause notices. Reliance is placed on 2019 (109) taxmann.com (Raymond Limited Vs. Union of India) and on another judgment of Gujrat High Court.

Considering the aforesaid and subject to hearing Shri Prasad, till next date of hearing, although adjudication proceeding may go on but, no final order shall be passed without the leave of this Court.

List after a week.
