This appeal under Section 19 of the Family Court Act read with Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed by the appellant-wife challenging the judgment and decree dated 29/1/2020 passed by the Sixth
Additional District Judge, Rewa in RCS (H.M.) No.100114/2014, whereby the respondent's application under Section 13(1)(1-a) and (13)(1)(1-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act has been allowed and decree of divorce has been granted.
This Court had referred the parties for mediation and the report of the mediation dated 19/2/2021 reveals that the matter has been settled between the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the settlement so arrived at, the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal.
Prayer is allowed.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
The pending I.As. accordingly stand closed.
