ORDER
This review petition is filed with following prayer:
"To review the judgment dated 31.3.2022 in WP (C)
33639/2017 and may be pleased to modify the
judgment permitting the respondents in the writ
petition to allow the petitioner to cut and remove the
Rose wood tree after disposal of Annexure-A5
application wherein the first review petitioner
requested the District Collector to verify the
correctness of the proceedings No BA 22/2005 of the
Superintendent of Survey, Thripunithura by which
the extent of property in Survey No 1022/1 of
Kuttampuzha Village was caused to be increased and
to correct the mistake in the resurvey records."
2. When this review petition came up for consideration
before this Court on 28.10.2022, this Court passed the
following order:
There will be a direction to the District Collector,
Ernakulam, to consider Annexure A5 and pass
appropriate order in it, after giving an opportunity of

hearing to the writ petitioner also, within a period of
one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
Issue a copy of this order to the Special
Government Pleader (Forest) and the Special
Government Pleader will communicte the same to the
District Collector, Ernakulam. Post on 30.11.2022.
3. Admittedly Annexure-A5 is already considered and
and order is passed. If that is the case, the prayer in this
review petition is infructuous. If there is any subsisting
grievance or fresh cause of action, the contentions of the
review petitioners and the respondent are left open.
With the above observation, this review petition is
disposed of.
