                                   JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with the following

prayers:

"i) To issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other any appropriate order or direction, calling for the records leading upto Exhibit P16 and quash Exhibit P13 issued by the 2nd respondent.

ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order, directing respondents 1 and 2 to issue license to the petitioner on the basic of Exhibit P14 application and documents produced before the 2nd respondent, within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

iii) To issue such other further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.

iv) To dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents.

v) Allow the writ petition with cost." (SIC)

2. The petitioner is conducting a Kennel unit in the

property owned by one Philip Jose in building No.151 and 152,

Ward No.XI coming under the 2nd respondent Panchayat is the

submission. The petitioner filed this writ petition aggrieved by

the Stop Memo issued by the 2 nd respondent directing him to

stop forthwith the functioning of Kennel unit on the basis of the

complaint by the 4th respondent stating that the petitioner's

Kennel unit has been causing health issues making the

neighbours surrounding properties polluted with filth etc,.

Hence, this writ petition is filed.

3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and the Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1

and 2. I also heard the learned Government Pleader for the 3 rd

respondent.

4. The Government Pleader submitted that, when

an inspection was conducted by the 3rd respondent on

29.01.2024, the petitioner submitted that he will close down the

unit within four months. That period is already over. The

Standing Counsel appearing for the Panchayat also submitted

that the Kennel Unit is already closed down. If that be the case,

no further direction is necessary in this case. Hence, the writ

petition can be closed.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed.
