                                JUDGMENT

The writ petition has been filed for following

reliefs:

"a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to place the Exhibit P5application for approval of the Three-Year Unitary LL.B. course for the academic year 2025-26 on the agenda of its forthcoming meeting and to consider the Exhibit P5 application;

b) Direct the Bar Council of India to conduct an inspection of the petitioner's institution forthwith for the purpose of considering the petitioner's application for the said course;

c) Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.

d) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction commanding the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations who is sought to be impleaded as additional 6th respondent, to

2025:KER:66312 forthwith include the additional 60 seats for the Unitary LL.B. course of the petitioner institution in the official seat matrix for the current academic year's KLEE counselling and admission process immediately upon approval being granted by the 1st respondent pursuant to inspection."

2. When the matter is taken up for

consideration today, the learned Standing Counsel for

the Bar Council of India submitted that the Bar Council

has already issued orders recognizing the additional

batch of the petitioner's College. In the light of the

orders passed by the Bar Council of India, the additional

sixth respondent shall take such further steps to

complete the stray allotment, which is likely to arise in

course of the admission proceedings.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
