                                 JUDGMENT

The captioned writ petition is filed seeking appropriate

directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P1 application expeditiously.

2. Considering the averments in the writ petition as

well as the age of the petitioner, there will be a direction to

the competent among the respondents to consider and pass

orders on Ext.P1 application as expeditiously as possible, at

any rate within six weeks, strictly in accordance with law.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
