                            JUDGMENT

The limited prayer in this writ petition is to direct

the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P3 representation of the

petitioner within a time frame. When this matter was taken

up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the

Panchayath submitted that the Secretary can consider

Ext.P3 representation.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing

the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P3 in accordance with

law and take a decision on the same within a period of four

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
