        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further
   proceedings in pursuance to judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.95/2020
   dated 25.08.2023 on the file of Additional District Court- VIII, Ernakulam
   which is filed against the judgment in O.S.No.430/2017 dated 24.08.2020 on
   the file Third Additional Munsiff & Rent Controller, Ernakulam, till the
   disposal of the appeal.

        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 09.07.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.A.T.ANILKUMAR, V.SHYLAJA, Advocates for the petitioner and of M/S.N.
   RETHEESH, SUMA RETHEESH, SHANKAR RETHEESH, Advocates for Respondents 1 and
   2, the court passed the following:

Interim order is extended by two months.
