        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation of Exhibit.P11 order issued by the 5th
   respondent, pending disposal of the writ petition.

   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of

The learned Government Pleader takes notice for

respondent Nos.1 to 3. The learned counsel, Sri.Hareesh R.

Menon, takes notice for the 4 th respondent. The petitioners are

directed to correct the address of the 5 th respondent.

Post on 23.09.2024. Till such time, further action based on

Ext.P11 shall be kept on hold, provided Ext.P11 pertains to the

petitioners property, regarding which Exts.P3, P4 and P9

judgments have been rendered by the Munsiff Court, District Court

and this Court.
