                                        ORDER

It is seen that two appeals have been filed against the judgment

dated 30/04/2021 in S.C. No.1071/2019 on the court of the Special

Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Koyilandy. On the last posting date,

this Court had directed the advocates concerned appearing in both

the cases to clarify as to which appeal is to be proceeded with. Today

also, the learned counsel for the appellant in Crl.Appeal

No.1395/2024 seeks time for getting instructions from the party.
