          PALLITHURA PO, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, NOW HAVING THE ADDRESS AS POST
          BOX NO.25, GENERAL POST OFFICE, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM-695 001.

           AND 2 OTHERS


        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of Exhibit P4 order dated 31.12.2012 in IA 8623/2010 in OS
   1400/2010 on the file of I-Additional Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram
   and which has been confirmed by Exhibit P5 judgment dated 03.01.2017 in
   CMA 19/2013 of Additional District Court-II, Thiruvananthapuram, pending
   disposal of the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   5.8.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.R.MURALEEKRISHNAN
   (MALAKKARA), Advocate for the petitioners and of SMT.MARY BENJEMIN,
   Advocate for the respondent 1, the court passed the following:
