The learned Government Pleader submits that an appeal

against the judgment of the first appellate court in

A.S.No.16/2014 is already filed [E-Filing No.EF-HCK-2024-

092073 filed on 22.10.2024] and the said appeal is to be heard

along with R.S.A.No.917/2016 since the impugned judgment

is a common judgment disposing two appeals.
