        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the period
   stipulated in the judgment dated 18/06/2024 in W.P(C) No.17416 of 2016
   for compliance with the directions contained therein, for a further
   period of 3 months from 22/10/2024, for the fair play of justice.


        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's judgment
   dated 18/06/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. SRI.THOMAS ABRAHAM,
   SC, UNIVERSITY OF KERALA, for Applicants in I.A.1/2024/ R1 and R2 in WP(C)
   and of M/s. SRI.N.N.SUGUNAPALAN (SR.), SMT.NITA.N.S. and SRI.S.SUJIN,
   Advocates for R1 in I.A. 1/2024/petitioner in WP(C), GOVERNMENT PLEADER
   for R2 in I.A.1/2024/R3 in WP(C), the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

After going through the affidavit filed, along with the petition, I think the time for complying the direction can be extended. Therefore, the time to comply the direction is extended for a further period of three months from 22/10/2024.
