the judgment dated 20.11.2023 by a further period of 12 months from
20.11.2024
     This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
and the affidavit filed in support thereof,this court's order dated
20.11.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of SHRI.PADMALAYAN.P.P.,
Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S. DEVAPRASANTH P.J & SMINI JOSE,

                               ORDER

This is an application filed by the petitioners seeking further

time to clear the overdue amounts.

2. When the judgment in W.P.(C) No.38339/2023 was

delivered on 20.11.2023, the overdue amount was ₹11,62,437/-.

Standing Counsel representing the Bank submits that the overdue

amount exceeds ₹13 lakhs now. The petitioners have failed to pay

the current EMIs, as directed in the judgment.

3. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant further

time to the petitioners.

I.A. is therefore dismissed.
