        Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of Exhibit P3 order and further proceedings in EP No.79/2023
   in ARC No.2692/2022 pending on the files of the Principal Sub Court,
   Kottayam, pending disposal of the Original Petition (Civil).


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   4.9.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.C.S.SUNIL, Advocate for the
   petitioner and of M/S. NANDAGOPAL S.KURUP & ADITH KIRAN R.S.,Advocate for
   the respondent, the court passed the following:
