        OP (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   the operation of Exhibit P8 judgment dated 28.02.2022 in CMA No.4/2018 of
   the Sub Court, Neyyattinkara, pending disposal of the above Original
   Petition.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   11.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHEW SKARIA,
   K.J.JOSEMON, K.GEORGE OOMMEN, JOY JOSEPH (MUNDACKAL) & THOMAS MATHEW
