        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   and all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned judgment dated
   29.06.2024 in OP No.511/2023 on the file of the Family Court, North
   Paravur.


        This Application again coming on for orders, upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 22.08.2024, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUMAN
