  affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to grant leave to the
  petitioners/appellants to file Writ appeal against the judgement in
  W.P.(C) NO. 2357 of 2024 dated 28.02.2024 and the order in IA NO. 1 of
  2024 in WP(C) No. 2357 of 2024 dated 18.06.2024 of this Hon'ble court.
       This Application again coming on for orders on 24/10/2024 upon
  perusing the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and
  this court's order dated 10/10/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of
  ADVS. M/S. K.RAJEEV & V.VISAL AJAYAN for the applicants, and of ADV.SMT.
  REKHA VASUDEVAN for R1 & GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R2 TO R4, the court on the
