                                               ORDER

The respondent has filed an affidavit. It is stated in the affidavit

that four months' time is required to complete the survey and comply with

the judgment.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader, the respondent is directed to complete the survey

positively within a period of three months.
