        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to restrain the 3rd respondent from granting approval of
   appointment to the 5th respondent as TSA (Mathematics) at St.Thomas TTI
   Pala in the light of Exts.P7 to P9 Judgments, pending disposal of the
   above Writ Petition.

        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
   22.07.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.A.FAYAZ, M.VISHNUPRIYA
   & C.B.ABHINAVA, Advocates for the petitioner, M/S.T MADHU,
