        Op (Civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
   the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
   all further proceedings in EP 173/2018 in O.S 817/2015 of the Munsiff
   Court, Kodungallur, pending disposal of this original petition (civil) in
   the interest of justice.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this Court's order dated
   4/10/2024 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.S. RAJESH & M. SHAJU
   PURUSHOTHAMAN, Advocates for the petitioners, the court passed the
