   the files of Learned Sub Court, Ernakulam to grant such other reliefs as
   may be deemed fit at the time of hearing.


        This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's order dated
   03.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the
   petitioner and of M/S.V.K.PRASAD, MUSTHAHAZIN K.MOHAMMED & JOSNA C.F,
