          VEERAN HAJI, AGED 77 YEARS, S/O MULLANMADAYAN MUHAMMED KUTTY HAJI,
          KEEZHUMURI DESOM, MALAPPURAM AMSOM, ERANAD TALUK.

        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operations
   of the judgment and decree dated 31/03/2023 of the Sub Court, Manjeri till
   the disposal of this appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's
   order dated 13/09/2024, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.A.HASSAN,
   SMT.JULIA PRIYA RESHMY, Advocates for the petitioner and SMT. MEENA A.,
   SRI.VINOD RAVINDRANATH, Advocates for the respondent(caveator), the court
   passed the following:

                                        ORDER

The Registry shall get a report from the court concerned, to find out whether the appellant complied the conditional stay order passed by this court.

Interim order is extended by three weeks.
